How we work together

From the first conversation to measurable results. Here's how it works in practice:

  1. Brief and discovery

    We start with a conversation. We get to know your brand, your goals, what you have done so far and what you expect. From there we shape an initial diagnosis and a scope of work.

  2. Proposal and quote

    We put forward a concrete plan of action with a quote. No vague talk, every line has a rationale and an expected result.

  3. Kick-off and onboarding

    Once you approve, we kick off onboarding: access, materials, the first meeting with the team. We set the communication rhythm and the key KPIs.

  4. Execution and optimisation

    We deliver the planned activities at the agreed pace. We report results regularly and optimise as we go, we don't wait for the end of the quarter.

  5. Review and scaling

    Every month we review the results together. We draw conclusions, plan the next sprint and, where it makes sense, widen the scope of work.
