1. General provisions

These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the socialive.com.pl website and the services offered by SOCIALIVE sp. z o.o..

2. Definitions

  • Service Provider means SOCIALIVE sp. z o.o., ul. Stanisława Przybyszewskiego 47, 01-849 Warszawa.
  • User means any person using the socialive.com.pl website.
  • Website means the website available at socialive.com.pl.

3. Scope of services

The Service Provider provides marketing, advisory and other services described on the website. The detailed scope of the services and the terms of their performance may be set out in individual agreements with Clients.

4. Terms of use of the website

  • Use of the website is voluntary and free of charge.
  • The User is obliged to use the website in accordance with the applicable law and the principles of social conduct.
  • The User is prohibited from supplying content of an unlawful nature.

5. Liability

  • The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure that the website operates correctly and is free of errors.
  • The Service Provider shall not be liable for interruptions in the availability of the website resulting from technical reasons or from causes beyond the Service Provider's control.
  • The Service Provider shall not be liable for the actions of Users that are contrary to the law or to these terms.
